Damn the critter!
The first potatoes of the year, and boy were they tasty! German Butter we believe.
Out first blue hubbard has been completely gorged by some critter! The entire insides have been removed. They had just started on the second one, but luckily we picked it just in time! They also got one of our butter cup squash.

Tough luck! But it looks like a lovely little potential bird's nest!
Hmmm, those look like polar bear claw marks... check their claws for orange stains.
How frustrating! I'm surprised anything could get through those tough outer skins.
Hehe, we thought it looked like a lovely bird nest too ... I guess maybe if I painted the outside in a clear epoxy it would preserve it?
